I ordered my jeans 3 and a bit months ago. I am still waiting to receive them. Everytime I’ve contacted an agent they have given me a different answer varying from 2-3 weeks to 3-4 weeks. Since the last email where they said 4 weeks I still haven’t received anything. They still state processing on the website. I have requested for my money to be returned to me as I haven’t received any products. Reading these other reviews I honestly feel like I’ve been scammed.

The jeans fit EXACTLY as described which was a pleasant surprise. I have never been shy about ordering from sites I’ve not heard of but this one exceeded expectations and did not disappoint like nearly half of other clothing websites do. Love!

I wasn't expecting such a good fit on either pair of rollergirl flares that I ordered. One pair fit perfectly and the other was too small, so I am exchanging for a larger size. So far, the exchange process has been very simple and I look forward to ordering more from Revice.

I love my jeans. I think that it should be stated that the shipping time will be much more than stated. It was over two months.

SO MF HORRIBLE. I ordered a pair of jeans over 3 months ago and haven’t received anything. Not even an update. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM HERE. alongside the fact that everyone who finally received anything from this company says the quality is awful and sizing is extremely off. Horrible customer service which is why they don’t offer refunds in any circumstance even if you don’t receive your order. What a scam and revice should be ashamed of stealing people’s money.

While the shipping takes forever it is well worth it. I am obsessed with my pants.

I was worried about getting the right fit because sometimes I’m a 27, but I got a 26 and they fit perfectly! The style is supposed to be snug so if I wanted a looser fit I’d probably size up. I ordered on a Saturday and they arrived the following Wednesday! Definitely my new favorite jeans. Obviously good quality.

If I could give this company a ZERO rating, I would! Absolute WORST customer service ever! I ordered ONE pair of pants on 12/2/2020. As of 3/30/2021, I'm told it will be 2-3 weeks BEFORE they're even shipped. And that's the same answer they gave me 2-3 weeks AGO. HORRIBLE! I can only imagine what the return process might be like if the clothes don't fit (assuming you ever get them).

Item came exactly as described. Very happy with the order itself. The only thing was that I ordered it and it took me over two weeks maybe close to three to get my package. This is my first time ordering so maybe it’s not like that every time. The clothing itself is awesome! I’ve never loved a pair of jeans more
